How quickly can you produce a flag?

This is dependant on the quantity, size and method of printing, for short digitals runs, your order can be available in 5 to 10 working days.  For a longer screen printed run of a greater quantity, your order is available in 10 to 15 working days. We can also produce urgent orders, if required.

Can you personalise or customise a flag?

Yes, we are all able to customise flags, banners, bunting and much more. The majority of our customers purchase custom made business flags to fly alongside national flags, or customised display units for internal or external use.

A price for your flag will depend on the quatity, size, fabric, timescale  and construction  method.

Yes we can repair your flag, a quote will be subject to the condition of the flag which needs repairing.

How durable are your flags?
The lifespan of your flag is greatly influenced by the weather as well as the location of where the flag is being used. For example coastal and windier sites reduce the lifespan of a flag.
Lifespan can also be heavily influenced by the material  and method of manufacturing. We constantly monitor the wet fastness and light fastness of inks used in our digital and screen printing processes.
We offer a range of quality materials to suit different needs, customer requirements and expected lifespans from conventional knitted polyester to our new long lasting Zephpol IEP.

Can you design my flag?

Here at Zephyr we have a fully staffed Graphics department who can assist you in the designing of your flag or other bespoke products, aiding in the layout and best use of your corporate logo.  Artwork charges are subject to the sight of artwork and time spent.

Which material should I choose?

Can you install a flagpole anywhere?

Yes, Zephyr can install a flagpole anywhere. This would be subject to a completed Flagstaff Installation Questionnare and site visit. Depending on the type of flagpole and where it is to be positioned, you may have to obtain planning permission.

Which Flagpole is best for me?

Zephyr offer a wide range of flagpoles from budget poles to premium flagstaffs, portable poles to permanent flagstaffs. We have many mounting solutions including a new and popular environmental option.

Do you conduct site visits before installing a flagpole?

Previous to any installation, we send out a Flagstaff questionnaire to be filled in, once this has been completed and received back in, the information is taken into consideration and determines whether a site visit is required. For larger or problematic installations, a site visit may be required to provide accurate information and assist in a complete and competant quote.

Can you fix my broken Flagpole?

Yes we can repair broken or damaged flagpoles. Here at Zephyr we can repair or provide a full maintenance service if required.

Can you recycle my flag?

Unfortunately at present we cannot recycle your old flag. We are continually looking at new technology and innovations to help remedy this situation. We can provide flags made from recycled plastic if required but at present we are limited as to what can be achieved with spent flags.

What is your company's environmental policy?

We at Zephyr have a work ethic with a high level of awareness of waste management, waste minimisation and a desire to recycle and reuse materials when practical. We endeavour to reduce the use of plastic and reduce our carbon footprint.
We encourage employees in our office and on our sites to promote and establish recycling schemes that are relevant to their individual activities.

So in a “throw-away society” with over consumption and excessive production of short-lived or disposable items over durable goods. We are trying to radically shift peoples habits from short-term buying to long-term buying one quality flag at a time. We have introduced environmentally friendly mounting options and our new IEP flags last longer reducing waste. We continue to investigate and invest in a cleaner and greener future.
